crab rangoon

i have a problem.

a big problem.

i get food cravings LATE at night.  and with me being on a super strict budget AND trying to eat better, i find myself in the grocery store at all hours of the night.  even if i wanted to be financially irresponsible and order in, it's almost always too late to do so.  not to mention, i tend to prefer my own cooking over take out anyway.

it was friday night.  about midnight.  i was driving home and had a sudden craving for crab rangoon.  of course, my chinese restaurant was not only out of the my way, but had been closed for 2 hours.  to the grocery store i go.  i get everything i need, get home, open my wine, and realize I FORGOT OIL!!!  i then commensed on a mission... i got my damn oil, and made my crab rangoon... and it was amazing.  i had to share the recipe.  hope you enjoy.
