avocado shrimp salad

first off all, this shit is SUPER easy, SUPER good and it's good for you!!!

DIRECTIONS

  1. season shrimp with old bay, set aside

  2. cut avocado and tomato into bite size chunks

  3. season veggies with salt, pepper & garlic powder

  4. sautee shrimp on medium high heat

  5. mix veggies with shrimp

  6. squeeze lemon juice over

  7. ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large shrimp

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1/2 large tomato

  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

  • 1 teaspoon old bay

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • *pile on top a bed of greens if you like
